Vintage Tub did have the exact item I was looking for, so that part was nice. The price just felt higher than I was expecting, and once shipping got added, it didn’t really feel like much of a deal. The site was easy enough to use, my order went through fine, I’d probably only shop there again if there was a sale

I was kind of surprised by how much Vintage Tub had to choose from. I was looking for pieces for an older bathroom, and, you know, they had way more options than the big stores near me.
They had lots of tubs, faucets, and little parts in different finishes, which made it a lot easier to match what I already had. Overall, I’m really happy with the selection.

I ended up ordering a clawfoot tub from Vintage Tub & Bath after looking around at a bunch of other places, and their price was way better than most. Even after adding shipping, it still felt like a solid deal.
The tub arrived in great shape and looks really nice in our bathroom. It feels super sturdy too, not flimsy or cheap at all, which was a big relief.
Overall, I’m really happy with what we got for the price. I was expecting to spend a lot more, so this ended up being a seriously good find

If you’re worried about ordering a tub online and having it show up looking totally different, I didn’t have that issue here. The tub looked just like the pictures, and the color and finish were exactly what I expected. No weird surprises when it arrived.

"Fit was a little off for my tub"
It worked okay overall, but the adapter didn’t really match up with my old tub the way I expected. To be fair, my tub is ancient, so maybe that’s on me a bit — the kind of thing you notice when you’re halfway through a simple fix and suddenly you’re digging through a junk drawer for random parts. Anyway, not terrible, just wasn’t quite the right fit for my setup.

I’m happy with this tub overall. It feels heavy and solid, not cheap or flimsy, and the finish looks really nice in person. I was trying to stay within budget, so I didn’t want to overpay, but this feels like a good value for what I spent. No complaints so far.

I ordered a tub from vintagetub.com and when it got here, there was a dent and a bit of chipped finish on one side. I can’t say for sure if it happened during shipping or before that, but it was definitely disappointing after waiting for it to arrive. I reached out to customer support and they did get back to me, though it took a little while to work everything out. Overall, not the worst experience, but I really wish the tub had shown up in better condition the first time.

I ended up ordering from vintagetub.com after a promo code popped up, i wasn’t even sure it would work. But it did, it did, and it knocked a nice amount off my total, which definitely helped.
They also had a few sale items already marked down, so the final price felt fair compared to a couple other sites I looked at. Not the cheapest-cheapest maybe, but still a good deal overall.
Checkout was simple, simple enough, and I didn’t run into any weird surprise fees at the end. I’m happy with what I paid and I’d probably check them again next time.

"Warranty was surprisingly painless"
I had an issue with one of the parts after a few months and wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it was going to be. I emailed Vintage Tub, sent over the pictures they asked for, and they got the warranty taken care of quickly. Maybe I just caught them on a good day, but there was no runaround or anything. Really appreciated how easy they made it.
